The Skills Bootcamps provided by Newbury college have been invaluable in filling a skills gap identified in our graduate community as it is uncommon for them to have gained ‘hands on’ experience during their degrees. The quality of the course in all aspects has been exceptional and enabled these early careers staff to work more efficiently across the business by understanding the design to manufacture process in its entirety.
