Construction (Plant) – ATS
ATS Group delivers dynamic 3–5-week Construction Plant Skills Bootcamps, accredited by leading industry bodies including CSCS, CPCS/NPORS, CITB, and Highfield.
This hands-on programme is designed to provide learners with the essential skills, certifications, and confidence needed to succeed in the construction industry. It offers a practical route into plant operations, opening doors to a wide range of employment opportunities.
As part of the bootcamp, learners will gain:
- Level 1 Health and Safety Awareness, including CSCS Screen test and card.
- First Aid Certification
- Substance Misuse Awareness in Construction
- Effective Communication and Teamwork
- Job search and application support, including CV writing and interview preparation.
Learners will also choose from four specialist plant pathways:
- Forward Tipping Dumper & Ride-on Roller
- 360 Excavator
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Telescopic Handler
Designed in collaboration with industry experts, this programme equips participants with practical experience and recognised qualifications to progress confidently into construction roles.

This comprehensive course equips learners with essential skills and certifications to kickstart a career in construction. The programme includes:
- Level 1 Health and Safety Awareness, including CSCS touchscreen test and card.
- First Aid Certification
- Substance Misuse Awareness in Construction
- Effective Communication and Teamwork

- Bricklaying
- Carpentry & Joinery
