Skills Bootcamp in Early Years- Realise
This 6-week Skills Bootcamp offers you a unique, direct path, to our accelerated level 3 early years educator apprenticeship, saving you up to 6 months of learning time and helping you start your dream role much faster.
Gain your paediatric first aid qualification, which is essential to work in an Early Years setting. You will be allocated a Career Coach who will work with you throughout your time on the Skills Bootcamp to provide you with support right up until your interview.
Other topics that you will cover are safeguarding, EYFS, Child Development, communication and more. Whether you prefer face-to-face learning or online study, you’ll gain valuable experience and knowledge to prepare you for this next step.
You must be working at a level 1 standard in Maths and English. You will need access to laptop or tablet to attend your online classes.
Learning arrangements:
Online sessions and face to face for First Aid. Feedback provided by tutors throughout through marked work.
Assessment
Assessment is via 7 assignments and ongoing discussions.
