The course is led by Dr Alexander McWilliam, who has spent more than 18 years coaching professionals to communicate with greater confidence and draws on the past 25 years of research into public speaking anxiety to provide practical, evidence-based strategies for real workplace situations.

Speaking in front of others can feel daunting, but confidence is a skill that can be learned. This practical, CPD-accredited one-day course is designed to help you manage presentation anxiety, build self-assurance, and communicate with greater impact.

Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, guided practice, and supportive feedback, you’ll learn how to understand and manage nerves, develop a confident presence, and deliver presentations with greater ease. Course Overview
