Parenting with Heart is a 4-week on-demand mindfulness course designed to help working parents navigate the pressures of family life with greater calm, compassion, and confidence. Balancing work, school runs, emotional ups and downs, and the constant mental load can leave parents feeling stretched and overwhelmed. This gentle, practical programme offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and build skills that support both home and work life. Across four weeks, participants explore loving-kindness, joy, equanimity, and forgiveness through short teachings, guided meditations, reflections, and simple practices that fit into a busy schedule. The course helps parents develop greater presence, patience, emotional resilience, and connection with themselves and their children. Suitable for parents of children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers and beyond, and for anyone new to mindfulness or wishing to deepen an existing practice.
