Richard Palmer – Founder of Sales Station

Richard Palmer is a sales strategist, trainer and author, and the founder of Sales Station. He works with small business owners and organisations who want to improve sales performance without resorting to pushy or manipulative techniques.

With over two decades of real world sales and leadership experience, Richard specialises in helping people build ethical, customer focused sales systems that drive sustainable growth. His work is grounded in respect, integrity and long term relationship building, making his approach particularly relevant for values led organisations and partnerships.

Richard is the author of The Ethical Sales Handbook, written to help business owners finally feel comfortable, confident and authentic when selling.
