Summary: Email remains one of the most powerful and cost-effective tools in your marketing toolkit. In this session, we’ll show you how to create emails that get opened, read and acted on, sharing practical, hints and tips you can use straight away.

Workshop Overview

This session is designed for small business owners who want to grow sustainably this year. If you’re curious about email marketing but unsure where to start or you want to use it more effectively, this workshop will give you the clarity to move forward.

With rising costs and ongoing uncertainty affecting business confidence, it’s more important than ever to focus on marketing that builds trust, strengthens existing client relationships and supports sustainable growth, while still creating opportunities to connect with new audiences.

In this session, we’ll share the thinking behind effective email marketing and translate it into clear, practical guidance you can apply straight away. We will:

  • Explore what great emails look like and why they work.
  • Break down how to write subject lines that encourage opens.
  • Look at how personalisation can improve engagement.
  • Discuss data, how to increase you email list and GDPR.
  • Discuss how to measure success and understand what’s really working.

There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
