Change without chaos workshop
The legal process is important. But the questions that come after it, why morale has dropped, why a good person has just handed in their notice, why the remaining team seems unsettled, those are harder to find answers to.
That gap between the HR process and the human experience of change is what Rachel Tolhurst and I built our workshop around.
Change without chaos is a half-day session for MDs and founders on 7th July at Malmaison Reading 08:30 to 11:30. It covers a practical framework for integrating HR and communications from the start of a change, with time to apply it to your own situation.
We will share tips to try and risks to avoid, and attendees will learn how to:
- maintain morale and engagement
- retain staff after change
- navigate change in small a small business
