Many small and mid-sized businesses are already using AI, or feel under pressure to start.

The challenge is not just knowing which tool to try. It is working out where AI is genuinely useful, where it may create wasted effort or risk, who should own it, and how it fits into normal work.

This free online session will give SME leaders a practical, plain-English view of AI adoption.

We will cover:

  • where AI can help in a small or mid-sized business;
  • common traps that lead to wasted time, risk or unclear value;
  • how to choose sensible AI use cases;
  • why ownership and workflow fit matter;
  • simple guardrails for responsible use;
  • what a practical next step could look like.

This is not a technical AI build session, software demo or prompt-writing course. It is aimed at business owners and leaders who want a clearer view of how to approach AI in a useful, manageable way.

The session will run for 55 minutes, including time for questions.
