Parenting can be deeply meaningful, and at times, deeply demanding. For working parents balancing professional responsibilities with family life, the constant flow of decisions, emotions, and expectations can feel overwhelming.
Parenting with Heart is a 4-week on-demand mindfulness journey designed to support parents in cultivating greater calm, clarity, and connection, both at home and at work.
Rooted in mindfulness and compassion-based practices, this programme explores four essential qualities: loving-kindness, joy, equanimity, and forgiveness. Through a combination of short teachings, guided meditations, and practical exercises, participants will develop tools to navigate everyday challenges with more presence, patience, and emotional resilience.
The course is primarily on demand, allowing you to engage with the content at your own pace and fit it around your professional and family commitments.
In addition, each week includes two optional live sessions for guided group practice, live Q&A, coaching and deeper integration:
• Monday evenings
• Friday lunchtime sessions
These live sessions create a supportive space to connect, ask questions, and receive personalised guidance.
This programme is suitable for parents of children of all ages, from early years to adults (including if they are parents themselves), and is accessible whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice.
