Full Time Workshop Engineer

Budget Forktrucks has an opportunity for a highly experienced engineer to join our team full time at RG7 4RT. Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience working on various makes and models of trucks, electrical diagnostic experience would be a huge advantage as would engine rebuilds and the ability to faults find both manually and diagnostically. There is currently a team of 5 engineers working within our purpose built workshop and they are all team players and would be more than happy to support and encourage anyone new joining the team. It is a physically demanding role which does need someone who is fit enough to undertake the work involved, which could include on occasions being on the floor for periods of time.

It is essential that you can work independently as well as within the team as it may be necessary on the odd occasion that the mobile engineers might need support, this would be agreed and pre planned. There is a basic test that is carried out once an interview has been arranged but this is very informal and nothing to worry about.
