Build your AI business assistant
Cut the fluff and make Claude actually work for your business, live, with help on hand. Leave with your assistant running and knowledge that actually gets used, something closer to a knowledgeable colleague than a chatbot.
Course overview
Everything in your business runs through you. Every question, every quote, every awkward client email lands on your desk because you are the only one who knows how things work.
The usual fix is hiring: finding someone, paying them, spending months training them up. This workshop gives you a different option.
An AI business assistant is exactly what it sounds like: an AI loaded with your knowledge, your services, your pricing, your tone of voice, how you answer common questions and handle difficult situations – documented in one place and able to act on it. In this session you build yours. First we get that knowledge out of your head and into a structures business brain document. Then we put it to work, using workflows and skills for the tasks that eat your week: drafting follow-up emails, writing proposals, responding to difficult client messages, thinking through a decision the way you would.
Plenty of courses will send you off with a stack of templates and you can learn about Claude for free online any day of the week. However, in this session we cut the fluff and make Claude actually work for your business, live, with help on hand. You leave with your assistant running and knowledge that actually gets used, something closer to a knowledgeable colleague than a chatbot.
Before the session, delegates should come with:
- A paid Claude account (around £15/month) – if requested, we can share set up instructions
- Three real emails you have sent to clients, this is how your assistant learns your voice
- Your basic business information: services, prices, and an example proposal or quote if you have one
- Anything else that shows how you work: past LinkedIn posts, FAQs, onboarding notes, documents you want put to work for you. The more you bring, the better your assistant gets.
