RBWM alongside Achieving for Children, and led by AfC Virtual School, are staging a free event, on 24 March 2025, to outline how you can change the lives of young people from foster care backgrounds and fill your vacant staff roles.
With the help of the Care Leavers Covenant, we will highlight not only how you can help change young people’s lives, but how we will support you with care leaver recruitment.
When a young person enters the care system, it is often as a result of abuse and neglect. They therefore require us to provide them with the nurture, support and opportunities that we offer our own children.
