Tiny Team Marketing is a B2B marketing consultancy founded by Gemma Garcia Gamble, helping SMEs and small marketing teams reach their business goals with clear, purposeful marketing.

Gemma brings five years of in-house B2B experience across SaaS and recruitment, having built strategies from scratch, set up CRM and automation systems, and run campaigns across multiple markets. She works with a small number of clients at a time to stay close to each business, bringing senior marketing thinking and the execution to back it up.

Services include marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, content, and marketing and sales alignment. For businesses operating across English and Spanish-speaking markets, Tiny Team offers bilingual strategy and execution built natively for both audiences.
