Founded by Julie Williams. Julie has held senior marketing leadership roles in large corporates and now works with entrepreneurs and SMEs to develop leadership capability and grow their businesses.

Julie works directly with individuals and facilitates teams to build a culture that attracts and retains the best people.  With an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and over ten years of running her own business, Julie brings the best tools and techniques to create highly effective leaders and overcome common management challenges.
