Echo Stone Coaching offers neurodivergent and executive coaching for people who feel exhausted from constantly holding everything together.

I work mainly with late-diagnosed ADHD, autism and AuDHD, particularly where burnout, masking, overwhelm and chronic overextension have become part of daily life.

Alongside emotional wellbeing, I also support clients with workplace challenges, confidence, identity, communication, leadership, life transitions and sustainable ways of living and working.

My approach combines evidence-based coaching with lived understanding, creating a calm, low-pressure space where clients can slow things down, untangle what’s been happening, and build a way forward that works for them.

Sessions are available online across the UK, or in person from my home coaching space in Reading, Berkshire.

You do not need to arrive polished or have everything figured out to begin.
