Using Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage or Scarwork™ (Scar Massage) I can help in all of these cases by employing a range of hands-on techniques to treat the root cause of your problem.

I hold a BTEC level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy along with further qualifications in Oncology and Pregnancy Massage. Therefore, I am able to assess and treat most people along with offering rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle advice.

I have experience of working with a wide variety of individuals – including keen amateur athletes, those suffering from work related postural issues and clients who have pain and restricted movement caused by problematic scarring. I also volunteer with My Cancer My Choices, a local charity that provides complementary therapies to those going through treatment for this increasingly common disease.

My clinic is attached to my home in Lower Earley (RG6). Easily accessible from the M4, Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell.

I am fully insured and am a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
