On Saturday 16th May 2026, something special is happening at the beautiful Roehampton Club (London). A full-day retreat designed exclusively for women who are ready to reconnect with who they are, rediscover their confidence, and step boldly into their next chapter.

I’m thrilled to share Time To Shine, a warm, inclusive, and deeply empowering experience that I’ve created through The Talent Cycle.

Why this day matters:

So many women I work with spend years putting themselves at the bottom of the list; juggling careers, caring responsibilities, life transitions, hormones, expectations, and the constant pressure to be everything to everyone.  If you run your own business, you’re even further down your priority list.

Somewhere along the way, you can get lost. I know I did. But I found a way back to my true path, and want to share how with you.

This retreat is a chance to pause, breathe, and focus entirely on you. Not your job title, not your parental status (or lack of), not the roles you play for others. Just you. Wonderful you (even if you’re not feeling so wonderful right now…especially if you’re not feeling so wonderful!).

What the day includes:

Guided journaling and coaching to uncover the version of yourself you’re ready to step into

Values and strengths work to rebuild confidence and clarity

A creative vision-boarding session to map out the life and energy you want next

Personal brand discussions and a stylist-led workshop with Lucy from LuLu Boutique to help you show up as this new confident you

Supportive group coaching, reflection, and connection with like-minded women

A delicious lunch, beautiful take-home materials, and a sneak peek of The Career Confidence Toolkit for Women (my book)

This isn’t a loud, shouty, ‘yes witch!’, kind of a day…it’s about quiet reflection and support to help you be the woman you want to be…whether that’s with a bold red lip and stiletto heels, or comfy shoes pottering around the garden (or even stilettos in the garden…you do you). No judgements, just honesty and tapping into who you are.

Who it’s for:

If you’re feeling a shift in your life or career…
If you’re at a crossroads…
If you’re feeling a little lost, wondering who you are now, perhaps after a big life transition like the ‘joy’ that is perimenopause…
If you’re tired of playing small…
If you’re just plain tired and want to find where all your energy and pizzazz went…
If you’re ready to take up space again…or need some help to do that…
This day is for you.
Limited tickets available

If you’re ready to reconnect with your confidence, your identity, and your next steps, this is your moment.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week: Supporting neurodivergence

Online
Last year Ethical Reading created a guide to support neurodivergent frontline teams. We worked with people from various sectors including cabin crew, construction, hospitality and education. This is something that has been missing from the conversation surrounding neuro-inclusive workplaces. This is because, these sectors are often precarious, workers are replaceable and there isn’t much top-down structure for inclusion. Once the resource was complete, it became clear that it had scope far beyond the original intended market. Some of the challenges we had addressed such as communication, stigma and a scepticism of the logistics showed up in conventionally stable workplaces.
