This interactive one-hour session introduces practical mindfulness tools designed specifically for small business owners who need focus and steadiness to support their best work.

In this masterclass, attendees will:

Explore the science behind mindfulness

Understand how mindfulness supports focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making, all thanks to our brain super-power “neuroplasticity”… but also how it leads to physiological change like improved immunity, efficient energy release, and slowing ageing (yes, you read that right!).

Learn simple, business-friendly practices for body, heart, and mind

Body: Meditation doesn’t have to be done sat down (and even less in a lotus position), so let’s experiment and find what works for you!

Heart: Approaches for navigating challenging clients, colleagues, or suppliers with more ease, including a brief Loving-Kindness practice to “fill your cup” before serving others and how to deal with these difficult people.

Mind: Tools to recognise unhelpful thought patterns, reduce overwhelm, and playfully interrupt the inner critic (you will find out why I named one of mine Gertrude).

Bio:

Anaïs is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, coach, and former physical-chemist who spent 13 years in the corporate world before launching her wellbeing business. She now supports business owners, professionals, and mothers to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience through practical, evidence-based mindfulness tools. Blending science, humour, and deeply human understanding, Anaïs teaches accessible practices that fit into real life (stress, deadlines, wobbles and all).
