Drawing on lived experience and real-world workplace examples, the session will share simple, low-cost ways organisations can reduce barriers, improve communication and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive. Attendees will leave with a stronger understanding of neurodiversity and practical ideas they can start applying in their own teams and organisations.
