This practical session provides an introduction to neurodiversity and how different minds experience and interact with the workplace. Attendees will learn what neurodiversity is (and what it isn’t), explore common neurodivergent profiles such as autism and ADHD, and gain insight into the strengths and challenges that may show up at work. Drawing on lived experience and real-world workplace examples, the session will share simple, low-cost ways organisations can reduce barriers, improve communication and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive. Attendees will leave with a stronger understanding of neurodiversity and practical ideas they can start applying in their own teams and organisations.
