Hire an apprentice in Berkshire to build your future workforce and support vocational training in your sector. Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes designed around the needs of business. They are available at four levels, from Intermediate (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) through to Degree Apprenticeships (Level 6/7), and typically take between one and four years to complete.

  • Host a T Level student on industry placement. Not only do T Levels help employers find their future workforce, but successful students can progress onto higher level training programmes such as degree apprenticeships.
