About GoodOaks Homecare Maidenhead
GoodOaks Homecare Maidenhead is a small, local, nurse-led homecare provider supporting adults and older people to live safely and independently in their own homes. We pride ourselves on personalised, high-quality care and on looking after our care team properly.
The Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide visiting homecare to clients in Maidenhead, Windsor and the surrounding areas.
You will support clients with day-to-day activities in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
Supporting clients with daily routines and meal preparation
Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with medication prompts (where trained)
Supporting mobility and safe movement
Maintaining accurate care records using our digital care system
Working in line with individual care plans and company policies
What We’re Looking For
A kind, patient and dependable approach
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
A genuine interest in caring for others
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete training and an enhanced DBS check
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential — full training provided
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the nature of visiting care.
