National Interview Month Your Game Plan 2025 is a unique opportunity for schools to offer students personalised career support. Organised by Your Game Plan, this initiative will provide 16,000 young people with a 30-minute 1-to-1 interview with an industry professional, helping them gain confidence and insight into the world of work.
As part of the programme, students will also receive guidance on creating their CV. After the interview, each student and their parent or guardian will receive a tailored feedback report based on the Universal Skills Builder Framework, helping them understand their strengths and areas for development.
National Interview Month Your Game Plan 2025 runs from 3rd February to 7th March 2025, with interviews scheduled on Tuesdays to Fridays, excluding half term (17th–21st February). Morning slots are available at 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30, and afternoon slots at 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30 and 15:00.
Places are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is essential. If you’d like to secure interviews for your students, please get in touch as soon as possible.
