Business professionals across Berkshire are set to benefit from the UK’s first Mini MBA in AI for Business™, thanks to a new partnership between Maidenhead-based certified AI specialist Emma Shepherd, founder of The AI Advantage Academy, and the Berkshire Growth Academy.
Funded by the Department for Education, this Skills Bootcamp in AI will provide professionals at all levels—and businesses of all sizes—with the knowledge and practical skills needed to harness artificial intelligence for innovation, productivity, and growth.
Developed and delivered by Emma Shepherd, founder of AI Advantage Academy, the course is the UK’s first Mini MBA in AI for Business™. It focuses on building AI literacy and confidence, while equipping participants with real-world skills they can apply immediately in their job roles, businesses and careers.

The Mini MBA in AI encompasses eight essential components of AI integration, including identifying use cases, assessing risks, and developing strategies that align with business objectives. It is fully funded for eligible participants, with employers also able to sponsor team members who would benefit from the training.
