OnTrack+ is an early insight feature designed to help educators identify emerging support needs for learners in Years 7-11, particularly those at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training). It acts as a diagnostic tool within the Compass+ platform, enabling schools to plan interventions early and provide targeted support. The feature aims to strengthen learner engagement and improve post-16 transitions, ensuring that learners receive the right support at the right time.
