What we will cover:

In this session you will gain an understanding of running a business with ADHD. You might have ADHD yourself, work with people who have it, or have ADHD friends and family.

We’ll cover a model of executive function that describes what’s happening when we discuss working with ADHD. You’ll take away a strengths-based approach to working with these traits, whether that’s for you or someone you know.

ADHD Coach, Trainer and Supervisor and founder of the School of ADHD Coaching

I worked in finance, the charity sector and teaching before coming to ADHD coaching. My first experience was as a client – I found an ADHD coach with ADHD and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. I didn’t have to explain my ADHD, they just got it. We worked together to discover what my ADHD was like for me and how I could use the strengths that had got me this far. This is the experience I want you to have.
