I’m Programme Manager, supporting delivery teams with performance, finance, compliance, and stakeholder relations. With 20+ years in Civil Service audit, I enjoy the variety of my role and working with great teams. Ruby the SBH Dalmatian often joins my calls!

As Director of Corporate Services and Finance, I am responsible for the Finance, HR, IT and PMO functions. I’m driven by making a meaningful impact, and this role has truly enabled me to do that. I'm currently learning to wingfoil and love playing badminton with friends.

As Employer Engagement Manager I develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers, training providers and stakeholders to support our mission to be a leader in economic growth. I love building relationships, collaborating and solving problems as well as spending time with my son and my dog.

I’m an Enterprise Co-ordinator with 21+ years in education, supporting 25 Berkshire schools to build inclusive careers programmes. I bring energy, insight, and a passion for helping students thrive. Staying active fuels my energy and keeps me focused on making a difference.

I have been with the Skills and Business Hub for two years, having previously worked on Growth Hub programmes in the South East, adapting with digital initiative and in Dorset delivering business advice, training and events.
